I bought a new home and do not know how to take care of my pool, what should I do?

We recommend you give us a call at 502-448-0300 to schedule an on-site pool consultation with a member of our service department. You can also come into our retail store, located at 4646 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40216, and we can work together to show you the items you’ll need to maintain your new pool!

What do I need to know to accurately take care of my pool?

We recommend you not only learn how to balance pool chemicals, but get very comfortable with the process and what to use on regular basis to keep your pool’s water swim safe.

You also need to know how to clean your pool using manual equipment. If this doesn’t seem doable, we recommend buying a self-cleaning robotic-style cleaner.

Lastly, you need to be able to clean the filtering system, so that it works properly.
